Lost things

Hi, i logged in today and my DE sword str +4 with lv 2 rage lv 2 lust fused knife is only a knife apparell now (wtf?), and i lost 2 lvl what i had and my pet lost 12 lvl too, i wonder why and how?

And yea even i patched all i could kal map and aurora port doesnt work still, even though i used em yesterday like 4-5 times and nothing was wrong.

they said to me yterday its my PC-s fault that i freeze when i wanna tele...but idk i was in both map yterday like 4-5 times all thing was ok, then after i couldnt tele again, but for example kal map took all time my 2m...and if my comp would be the bad, why if i freeze and relog have still the buffs and poss?

And yea now if i start the game, i dont even see the Region so i cant even play...its nothing there, cant log in.
